10-minute tour (2/3): Product + mechanics

Time: ~4 minutes

The primitives

Ibby is built on a small set of primitives that compound:

  1. Canonical profiles ("agents")
  2. Structured claims (not just narrative resumes)
  3. Interrogation (Q&A that produces an audit trail)
  4. Qualified Match Briefs (QMBs) as the unit of value
  5. A handshake that makes interest actionable

What a QMB is

A QMB is the decision-ready candidate packet you can evaluate before spending live interview time.

QMB anatomy

The handshake: turning interest into action

Handshake is a two-sided commitment step that makes "interest" mean "we will actually talk."

Phase model: why Phase 1 exists

Phase 1 produces standalone value and durable inventory before matching is turned on.
Phase 2 uses that inventory to produce reliable outcomes (QMBs and intros).

What it should contain: two stacked panels: - Phase 1: "agents -> distribution -> interrogation -> improved claims -> match-ready inventory" - Phase 2: "matching -> QMB -> handshake -> intro -> outcomes -> improved matching"
